Fifty-five thousand metal workers from 90 works in the Dusseldorf district have called a general strike. The followers of Adly Pasha (Premier) and Zaghlul Pasha separately celebrated the anniversary of the demand for independence, in 1918. The former, who included members of the Assembly, passed a resolution in favor of a rupture of negotiations in the event of Britain insisting on the retention of troops. In the event of failure those present decided they would not enter into other negotiations. ALBANIAN FRONTIER DISPUTE. Paris, Nov. 15. The Petit Parisien states that Jugoslavia definitely refuses to recognise the new Albanian frontier and contests the validity of the decision reached at the Ambassadors,’ Conference.
