The September figures 3,406,000 tons, compared with 1,475,000 tons in September, 1920. The corresponding American exports were 1,498,000 tons and 4,336,000 tons. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. INDIA AND REVOLT “TALK IS ALL FROTH” By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Nov. 15. A correspondent of the Morning Post quotes a letter received from an educated orthodox Hindu Legislative Councillor, saying there is no fear of a revolution in India. The talk is ail froth, fomented by the folly and weakness of the Government. If the government were in the hands of officials as before there would be no trouble. All the departments now contain cowards and heartless, incapable men, intent only on pay and leave.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
