SUICIDE FOU.OWS MURDER. By Telegraph.—Prest Assn —Copyright. Paris, Nov. 14. A decently-dressed man accosted M. Romeo, a well-known commission agent who, with a lady acquaintance, was about to enter a motor-car in the Rue Royale. The man drew a revolver, saying: “I am very sorry for you, but this is the unwritten law. Jon are a vulgar bourgeois. Vive Communism.” He then shot both dead and committed suicide. The police received a letter on Saturday night stating that the writer pro posed to kill a man in the Rue RoyaL next day, but they treated the missive eontem ptuously.
