RIOTS IN ROME. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—®®pyrigl?t. Received Nov. 13, 5.5 p.m. Rome. Nov. 12. The great Fascisti conference had unfortunate results. A conflict with railway men resulted in a two days’ general strike and riots, in which at leastf 4 were killed and 150 injured by revolver firing. No newspaper has been published since Wednesday. The Government is attempting to send the Fa-scisti delegates back to the provinces! Communists at Orviqto attached a train conveying Fascists and dragged out and assaulted the leader.
