Harmsworth, replying to a question in the House of Commons, said the terms of the recent agreement between France and Angora had been communicated to the Government, but their publication depended upon the permission of the French Government, who were being consulted. LORD CURZON’S NOTE. Paris, Nov. 8. Lord Curzon’s Note has been cabled to M. Briand, in America, who will reply personally.
