EVIERYBODY’S. OLIVE THOMAS IN “THE FOLLIES GIRL.” Olive Thomas will be seen to-night, f t Everybody’s, in her last play “The Follies Girl.” The spectacular rise to fame that Olive Thomas enjoyed has often been a matter of discussion, yet any person who sees her work in the title role of “The. Follies Girl” will readily grant that talent and beauty going hand in hand were the real stepping stones of this little girl’s remarkable career. From department store to artist’s model, thence by way of midnight frolic to screen fame, before she reached the age of discretion, is some reward for a girl. The bill includes gazettes, comedy and “The Invisible Hand.” THE' X PEOPLE’S. LAST NIGHT OF BUCK JONES AND EILEEN PERCY. Buck Jones and his horse Blondy will be seen for the last time to-night at the People’s Theatre, in the William Fox production “The One-Man Trail,” a story of Western range life that bulge-, with thrilling incident. Beatrice Burnham, the leading woman, adds to the heautv of the scenery. Tn no picture in which Beck has appeared has he been seen to greater advantage than in “The One-Man Trail” Eileen Percy appears also on this bill in her five-reel comedy feature, “Big Town Ideas.” To-mprrow’s change presents Bert Lytell in the big Metro feature, “A Message from Mars,” THE GREAT McEWEN. THURSDAY, FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. The Great McEwen will commence his return season at the Empire on Thursday next. Mr. McEwen’s turns were distinctly clever and he handles cards, eggs, handkerchiefs, tumblers, and blocks of wood were spirited away or produced from the most unexpected places at will. His handkerchief items are al«so as mystifying as any. while the easy way in which he locks apparently solid rings together and separate* them as easily after twisting them into a dozen different fantastic shapes is puzzling to the I uninitiated. Later in ihe evening Mr. McEwen devotes himself to some hypnotic expositions, which are both clever md amusing. Miss Hebe Saint assists Mr, McEwen with some elocutionary items which find much favor. It is a thoroughly entertaining performance, and will cqqclndo on Saturday night. Box plana aye at Collier’s,
