The children, under the tuition of their teachers, have been assiduously practising for some time so as to ensure that the concert will reach the high standard set by previous school concerts. Parents and all residents of the district can rely on having an enjoyable evening’s entertainment. The programme is a bright one, and from the opening dialogue “Welcome,” by seven tiny infants, to the closing item “Dolly’s Bath,” there will not be a dull moment. The programme is a varied one, including dialogues, one of which includes dances and songs, recitations, songs, vocal duets, and also a scene from Dickens entitled “Bjckwick in Trouble.” After the coicert supper will be dispensed, and the evening’s entertainment will conclude with a dance.
