MONARCHY CHOSEN. ELECTION POSTPONED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Budapest, Nov. 7. The Hapsburg Dethronement Bill was passed by the chamber. The rights of succession to the throne are repealed and the right of free election restored to tho people. Article 5 lays down that the traditional form of monarchy will not cease and the election of a king will only be postponed till a more propitious moment. AMNESTY TO ALL BUT LEADERS. Budapest, Nov. 7. Admiral Horthy has issued a decree granting an amnesty to the participators in Karl’s coup, with the exception of the leaders.
