EXCLUSION OF HABSBURGS. DEMAND OF ALLIES. By Telegraph.—Preu Assn —CourrlchL London, Nov. 6. The Ambassadors’ Conference has decided to represent to Hungary the inadequacy of excluding Karl from the throne and to demand that the terms of the Bill be extended so as to cover every members of the Hapsburg dynasty. Budapest, Nov. 6. During the debate on the Crown Forfeiture Bill, two deputies declared that the dethronement of the Hapsburgs fulfilled the old wish of the Hungarian nation. A Lisbon message says that the Portuguese Government has agreed to the internment of Karl and his family at Madeira. Received Nov. 7, 8 p.m. Vienna, Nov. 7. The Hungarian National Assembly unanimously read a second time the Bill dethroning the Hapsburgs, several legitimists and Christian Nationalists having previously left the Chamber, as a protest. In the House of Representatives all parties spoke strongly, fesenting foreign interference in Hungary’s domestic affairs. Count Bethlen (the Premier) declared that Hungary had voluntarily repelled Karl’s ill-timed attempts, and not under foreign pressure.
