CORRESPONDENCE.

TESTING OF CREAM. (Published by Arrangement.) (To the Editor.) Sir, —I wish to correct a statement, through your columns, made by the manager of the Mangorei Dairy Company, at their meeting of suppliers, to the effect that he had tested my cream and that he would give me a test of 41 per cent., for which the Maoriland Dairy Company only gave me 32 per cent. This is not correct, for the Maoriland Company gave me a test of 40 per cent, for the 10 days, which I consider a good and correct one. Mr. Robinson only tested one can, and I do not think he should have made this statement at the meeting. In justice to the Maoriland Dairy Company and’ the interest of all suppliers, I would be obliged if you will insert this letter.—l am, etc., GEO. BENNETT.
