The Crown Forfeiture Bill points out that the Trianon treaty did not impose forfeiture of the Crown, which the Allies now demand, and adds that the Rational Assembly solemnly protests jagainat this interference in the country’s internal affair*, whereto only as t country fighting for its existence, it |s forced to consent. The Bill abrogates the Hapsburg rights of succession, declaring the right of the election t>f the Sovereign reverts to the nation, and insists that sovereignty be maintained, the election to which is postponed. PLACE OF INTERNMENT. Received Nov. 4. 10 p.m. Lisbon, Nor. 4. Though a telegram from Fun X-1 states that arrangements have lx?en Bnade to intern the ex-Empress Karl and Zita there, the Government has not yet consented to internment in Portugese territory.
