THE STOCK MARKET. PRICES AT WESTFIELD. By Telegraph.—Press Association Auckland, Last Night. The following prices ruled at Westfield today : Beef.—Very full yarding, and prices suffered accordingly; a few pens realised 30s pel 1601 b.; extra choice 30s; prime 27s to 235 l second quality 22s to 17s 6d: young cows ano heifers £1 4s to £1; plain 15s to 12s Gd. Sheep.-rMedlum yarding and prices about the same as last week, the demand being for shorn sheep in preference; extra good wethers 225; prime 20s to 16s 6d; others 15s to 13s fid; ewes, extra good 16s; priune 15s to 13s 6d; others 12s Gd to 10s. Calves.—Fair yarding and prices tbe same: runners £4; vealers £3 5s to 355; fresh dropped 10s, ss. Pigs.—Good yarding and prices showed slight improvement; beconers £4 15s to £J 15s; choppers £4 to £3; porkers £2 10* to £1 10s.
