WOOL-GROWERS WANT DUTY. By Telegraph—Press Assn —Copyright Received Nov. 3, 12.50 a.m. Washington. Nov. 2. Representatives of the wool-growers in fifteen States'decided to ask for a duty of 33 per cent, per clear pound content of wool in the tariff hearings beginning soon before the Senate Finance Committee. This, it is stated, would be practically equivalent to 11 per cent, per greasy pound, the schedule promised wool-growers in the PayneAldrich tariff.
