GREAT LOSS BY STRIKES. By Telegraph,—Press Assn.—CepyrigLL Sydney, Nov. 1. The report of the Commonwealth Industrial Bureau shows that during the year 111)20 there were 554 industrial disputes in Australia. The number of working days lost was 1,872,000 and the estimated loss in wages was £1,22-1,000. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. MINE DECLARED “BLACK.” Sydney, Nov. 1. MCarthy (Australian Engineers) and Lieut. Godsal (Garrison Artillery) were drowned.
