PROTESTS AGAINST DEATH SENTENCE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. New York, Oct. 31. The police at Havana arrested ten persons in connection with the threats against the American Legation over the case of Sacco and Venizetti, thet uwo Italian anarchists sentenced to death m America for murder. Reports from Philadelphia and Boston state that the Radicals held meetings of protest against the sentence. SAcco and Venizetti are held at Dedham col \ house, Massachusetts, which is guarded bv a large force of constabulary. Hundreds of thousands of dollars have been contributed towards their defence. New. York Radicals announce that meetings will be held throughout the country to protest against the conviction. ♦
