By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for soutnerly breezes veering to freshening westerlies soon southwards of New Plymouth and Napier. Weather fair to cloudy generally, but unsettled at times in the west coast and southernmost districts of the South Island. The barometer has little movement.
