Left Vancouver October 4, for New Zealand ports, including New Plymouth. Canadian Pioneer, from Montreal and New York. Due November. THE RARAWA. Owing to j’esterday being a holiday tbe Rarawa will not leave Onehunga until this afternoon for New Plymouth, where she is due at 5.30 o’clock to-morrow morning. She will sail again for Onehunga at 8.30 p.m. to-unor-TRE WHABF IDLE. On account Labor Day yesterday no work was done at the wharf. Work will be continued this morning, and it Is expected to despatch the Rama and the Karamu for the south about noon. ESSEX TO SAIL. The weather and the holiday having delayed the loading of the liner Essex, it is now doubtful if she will be ready to sail to-day. The Whangape Is still lying off the port awaiting the overseas berth. MAHENO FROM SYDNEY. The Union Company’s Maheno arrived at Wellington on Sunday "from Sydney. The cargo includes transhipments ex the following vessels: Tango Maru, Changsha, Nanking Marti, Nakunda, Victoria, Gilgai, Cornwall, Eastern, Suoan Maru and Houtman. The amount or cargo to be discharged for various New Zealand ports includes: Patea, 1 ton; New Plymouth, 56 tons. lONIC LEAVES SOUTHAMPTON. A cable message has been received by the Shr-w, Savill Line to the effect that the lonic, en route for Wellington, Auckland, Lyttelton and Port Chalmers, left Southampton on October 20. She is coming via Panama, and should arrive at Wellington on November 30. RIVERINA LEFT SYDNEY. Cable advice has been received by the Hud-dart-Parker Company that the Riverina left Sydnej- at 1 p.un. on Saturday direct for Auckland. The vessel is bringing 221 passengers and 1200 tons of general cargo. She is due at Auckland to-morrow evening, and will sail from there on the return trip to Sydney on Friday. OPAWA LEFT LIVERPOOL. The New Zealand Shipping Company have received cable advice that their liner Opawa left Liverpool on Thursday’ cargo-laden for Adelaide, Melbourne. Sydney and Brisbane. She is coming out via the Cape of Good Hope route. PALOONA FROM MELBOURNE. The Union Company’s intercolonial passenger steamer Paloona arrived in the stream at Wellington at 5.40 o’clock on Sunday evening from Melbourne direct. The vessel will leave Wellington to-morrow for Melbourne, via Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Bluff. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. ARRIVED.
