PERSIAN TREATY WITH TURKEY. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyrigtt. Delhi, Oct. 21. The late Minister of Justice at Teheran has left on a mission to negotiate a treaty of peace with the Turks. PRINCE CAPTAINS TRAMP STEAMER. London, Oct. 20. Prince Axel, of Denmark, has arrived at Hull in command of a 7000-ton tramp steamer laden with barley and fruit. TRADE WITH RUSSIA. London, Oct. 21. The British agent in Moscow reports that a company has been formed in Moscow to do business with foreign countries on behalf of the Soviet on a commission basis. The founders were formerly leading merchants in Moscow. The formation of the company is the first step towards removing the foreign trade of Russia from the direct management of the Soviet Government. WOMEN IN UNIVERSITIES. London, Oct. 20.
