SILESIAN SETTLEMENT.
GERMANY WANTS REVISION. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Berlin, Oct. 21. Commenting on the Upper Silesian decision, the Vorwaerts believes that the result will be that the whole zinc-pro-ducing region will fall to Poland, also 85 per cent, of the coal, 70 per cent, of the steel, and 05 per cent, of the iron-pro-ducing industriea. Germany thus loses valuable taxation resources. The Entente must recognise that the treaty requites further revision. The Freiheit resignedly accepts the situation, and urges negotiations with Poland with the view of arranging favorable economic conditions.
The Pan-German Deutsche Zeitung demands the peremptory rejection of the decision.
