FARMERS WANT ECONOMY. Dannevirke, Last Night. The executive of the Southern Bawke's Bay Provincial Farmers’ Union passed the following resolution: That axwing to the present slump in all forms of produce and the Hate of the financial markets, the Prime Minister be urged to curtail all expenditure except that which is absolutely necessary to carry on the affairs of the Dominion. Also that preference to unionists be abolWhed.
