WEATHER REPORT.
By Telegraph —Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for strong variable winds, with westerlies prevailing northward of New Plymouth and Napier, and south-easter-lies to north-easterlies elsewhere. Unsettled, cloudy and misty weather may be expected generally, with further heavy rain and the rivers rising in many parts of the Dominion. The barometer is unsteady, with a falling tendency.
