LOSS TO NEW SOUTH WALES. DOCTOR’S STARTLING STATEMENT. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Oct. 20, 8.5 p.m. Sydney, Oct. 20. There is much interest in the health week movement, in connection with which medical and other experts are delivering addresses on subjects dealing with public health. A prominent doctor states that during the last ten years New South Wales lost 35,000 babies from preventable mortality.
