* BRITISH DELEGATION." MR. LLOYD GEORGE TO GO. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyrigtt. Received Oct. 18, 5.5 p.m. London. Oct. 17. The Prime Minister (Mr. Lloyd George), Mr. A. J. Balfour (Lord President of the Council), and Lord Lee (First Lord of the Admiralty) will represent Britain at the Washington Conference. A fourth delegate may be nominated, because Mr. Lloyd George cannot remain more than twenty-one days.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
