FATE OF GARRISON UNKNOWN. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Oct. 16, 5.5 p.m. Bucharest, Oct. 15. A terrific explosion occurred at Fort Rudeni, and the fate of the garrison is unknown. Many persons were killed in an adjacent village. The fort contained ISO munition wagons, mostly from Russia. Explosions continued througnout the day and night, shells and bombs being thrown into the villages and igniting the surrounding forests.
