This price means from 4s to Ss each. There is a strong probability that best sorts will range from 6/6 to 8/eaeh. The essentials necessary to secure beat prices are good flaying, cleanli* ness, and use of plenty of salt. When curing salt them on the flat, do not roll them up fresh and put them in a bag, as by doing this they > • ;brink and the spread is spoilt.
