DECREASING FLOORS. LOSS IN THREE YEARS. The number of sheep in the Dominion on April 30, 1021, was 23,285,031, a decrease of 034,939, as compared with the previous year. W. Nosworthy said in the House recently that the decrease for the past three years was over 3,000,000. This was partly owing to bad winter weather and bad lambing seasons. He expected a more satisfactory result this year.
