The Daily Express’ Sheffield correspondent is’ impressed by the Duke of York's refusal to attend the cutlery companies’ banquet, to which he was invited as chief guest. The Duke declare* he is convinced it would not be right to be present at such a function while thousands of workles* people are • cmpulsorily hungry.
