An announcement was made at the annual Masonic dinner in Sydney, that a brother had devoted £100,600 for the purchase of land, the erection of a high school or Masonic college, and for the upkeep of students. The Daily Telegraph has learned on reliable authority; that the donor is Mr, C. Rolling, of Syd-/ ney. The site for the proposed college has not yet been determined, but it is understood that it will probably be chosen at Bowral. Plans, specifications, and deeds are in course of preparation, and it is anticipated that the first fruits of a truly princely gift will be apparent in the very near future.
