THE STOCK MARKET. PRICES AT WESTFIELD. By Telegraph —Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. The following prices ruled at West Held today : Boef. —A fair yarding, and prices showed a slight increase of about Is per 1001 b. Prices: B a prime ox, 34s : prime, 27s to 325; plain mid second quality, 20s to 275; prime cow and heifer beef, 20s to 30s; plain, 15s to 21s. Sheep.—A moderate yarding and prices about the same as Inst week. Prices: Erttra heavy wethers made Up to 2‘3s; prime wethers, 18s to 21s 6d; pinin and unfinished, 13s to 16s; extra heavy ewes, up to 17s 3d; prime ewes, 13s to 16s; others, 9s to 12s. Calves —A good yarding and spirited competition. Prices: Runners, up to £5 10s: vealers, £2 3s to £3 10s; fresh dropped calves, 5s to Bs. Pigs.—A fair yarding, prices again showing a decline. Prices: Baconers, £4 5s to £5 ss: choppers, £1 to £5; porkers, £2 15s to £3 Is. Lambs.-—A good yarding and prices equal to last week’s. Prices: Extra heavy, up to 28s; prime, 24s to 265; others, 18s to 235. NEW SOUTH WALES LOAN. By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Cdfirright. Received Oct. 12, 5 5 p.m. London, Oct. 11.
