DENTED BY LITVTNOFF. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyrigtt. London. Oct. 8. Litvin off has replied to the British Sote which protested against the Bolihcvik intrigues against British interests n A>ia. He declares that the charges are based in imaginary facts and unchecked, loose obtained from dubious Knireas. Utvinoff says ail the reports md utterances quoted in the British ."iote were invented, forged or falsified. Che British Foreign Office was misled jy a gang of professional forgers and iwindlers. He claims that since the tonclue ion of the Anglo-Russian agreement the Soviet has had no dealings with Indian revolutionaries. The Soviet representatives in , Asia have been jtrietly enjoined to refrain from antiBritish propaganda. Litvinoff complains that the attitude 9f the British Government lately has been unfriendly to Russia, and adds that when Britain shows readiness to adjust differences in a ‘business-like way she will find a ready response from the Soviet.
