Hungary has signed the protoeal agreeing to transfer Burgenland to Austria, thus the way is cleared for an Austro-Hungarian agreement in conformity with the decision of the Ambassadors’ Conference. Paul Keri has been condemned to death for having instigated the murder of the ex-Premier, Count Tisza, during the revolution of 1918; and Marcel Gaertur has been sentenced to fourteen years’ imprisonment for complicity.
