SILESIAN BOUNDARY.
NEW. SCHEME DRAFTED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. / Paris, Oct. 5. The Silesian Commission adopted in principle a draft scheme which will be submitted to M. Briand and Mr. Lloyd George. It is understood the solution will be a modification of the Sforza line to the advantage of Poland. It is proposed to arrange an economic agreement between Germany and Poland to meet the difficulties that may arise later. The economic administration of the industrial region will be entrusted to an International Commission without political competency.
