KAHU’S SENTENCE.
TO BE CARRIED OUT. By Telegraph—Press Wellington. Out. 5. A petition presented*to Parliament, praying that the death sentence on Hakaraia Te Kahu be commuted, was considered by Cabinet to-day, when it was decided that Cabinet could see no grounds for recommending the GovernorGeneral to grant the prayer of the petitioners. The law will take its course.
