FATAL FALL FROM HORSE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. A sad fatality occurred at Warepa yesterday afternoon, when Maggie Murray,'aged 13, the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Murray, of Hope Station, was killed by a fall from a horse. The girl was riding home from school. The riderless horse was seen galloping past a neighbor’s place by some of the women folk, and on going out they found the girl lying on the side of the road in an unconscious condition. She died shortly afterwards. The verdict at the inquest was accidental death from concussion of the brain.
