A FINAL MESSAGE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Brisbane, Oct. 4. Lord Northeliffe paid a flying visit and sailed again in the liner St. Albans for Japan. He issued a message to the Australian people, urging them to look not at themselves, but at the world, the eyes of which were on Australia, as having the chief part in the riddle of the Pacific.
