LAST WEEK’S RETURNS. The returns from the New Plymouth: tramways for the week ending last night show a decrease in revenue of £22 10s, and in the number of passes.-< gers carried of 3403 as compared with, the corresponding week of last year-, The decrease is largely accounted for by the fact that the power was shut off through the greater part of yesterday.
