MOTHERHOOD ENDOWMENT BILL. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. Sydney, Sept. 30. Cabinet has decided* that the compulsory wheat pool in New South Wales shall be managed by the same board as previously. A guarantee on the whole crop is not expected, but an advance will be fixed when an idea of the probable price ha; been ascertained. Cabinet is preparing a Bill providing for adult suffrage in the City elections and the election of the Lord Mayor by the citizens. In the Assembly, the Motherhood Endowment Bill was read a first time, the Minister burking queries respecting the means of financing the scheme.
