A RECIPROCAL TARIFF. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Melbourne, Sept. 28. Mr. W. M. Hughes states that while in Paris he discussed the question of reciprocal tariff between Australia and France with the French Ministers, and found they were in entire accord. A French delegate would probably be sent to Australia to arrange details.
