THE CONSPIRACY IN AMERICA. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. Received Sept. 27, 8.15 p.m. New York Sept. 27. The Federal authorities have arrested George Gordon Rorke. one of a group pf four who, it is claimed, attempted to ship six* hundred machine-guns to Ireland. Rorke, who is an American citizen, is charged with conspiracy in planting a military expedition against a friendlv Power, and, if found guilty, he brill be liable to a 10,006 dollars fine and three years’ imprisonment. —Aus.£LZ.
