HAT OF SHELLS.
LATEST PARIS FASHION. London, Sept. 9. The Paris fashion correspondent of the Times states that small seashells, dyed a faint blue, have been used to make a smart hat. Snuff-brown velvet is sewn in rings all over it, and a fragile shell handbag to match is carried. Another model is studded with large, fiat scarlet seeds.
