ANOTHER SMALL WAR. SERBS AND ALBANIANS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn—Copyright. Received Sept. 25, 5.5 pun. London, Sept. 24. The Daily Express states that there is good reason to fear the Greeks and Serbs contemplate a combined attack on Albania. The Serbs are preparing to march from the north, and a well-equipped Greek column is ready to advance from the south. According to a telegram from Volena, Albania has commenced general mobilisation, in view of the Serbians occupying frontier positions. Received Sept. 25, 5.5 p.m. Rome, Sept. 24. Severe fighting has occurred between Serbs and Albanians, with heavy losses on both sides. The Albanians attacked on the Drina, and repulsed the enemy everywhere, capturing prisoners, including 'Russians formerly belonging to Wrangel’s army.
