LADIES’ INTER-CLUB MATCH.
NEW PLYMOUTH v. INGLEWOOD.
A team of ladies from the New Plymouth Club played a match with the Inglewood ladies on the Inglewood links yesterday. T’he weather was fine, witn the exception of one or two light showers. The visitors were hospitably entertuined at morning and afternoon tea. The match ended all square. Followingare the details of the play (the New Plymouth ladies being mentioned first) : Mrs. Quilliam lost to .Mrs. Saunders, 3 up and 2. Miss Rollo all square with Miss Hainerton.
Mrs. Burke lost to Mrs. O’C’arroU, 8 up and 7.
tyrs. Peerless all square with Mr». Surrey.
Miss Goldwater beat Mrs. Darlow, 2 up.
Miss Bremer lost bo Mrs. Birch-John-son, 3 up and 2. Mrs. Mvlfiarmid beat Mrs. Grant, 2 up and J. Mrs. Hill lost to Miss Johnson. 2 down.
Mrs. Blackley beat Mrs. Kidd, 8 up and 7.
Mrs. Weston beat Mrs. Armstrong, 3 up and 2.
