EXPRESS TRAIN'S ADVENTURE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn Copyright. Received Sept. 23, 7.20 p.m. Paris, Sept. 23. A Bordeaux message states that when 'the driver of an express noticed that a pine forest through which the line passes Was on fire, and the smoke was hiding the signals, he decided to dash through and risk a collision in order to save the train from burning. He rushed a heavy corridor train at 85 miles an hour safely through the Are.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
