PRICES ON ENGLISH MARKET A DEPRESSED TONE. By Telejraoh.—Prm Aun —Ceipyrigbt. Received Sept. 23, 9.10 p.m. London, Sept. 23. The butter market is very depreeted. The reduction in Government prices, which is in force till September 30, fail ed to stimulate the demand. The beat “free” butter is selling fairly welt Large arrivals of New Zeated and Canadian cheese knocked the bottom out of the market. Quotations: New Zealand white 102 s, colored 96s to 100 s; Australian white 96s to 100 a, colored 92b to 94s.—Aus.-NJZ. Cable Aatn.
