Meighen (the Premier) has re-organised Cabinet with a view to strengthening it for the approaching election. Of eleven new members ten are retained. The former are: Railways and Canals, Mr. Stewart; Trade and Commerce, Mr. Stevens; Justice, Mr. Bennett; Postmaster-General, Mr. Belley; State, Mr. Monty; Health, Immigration and Colonisation, Mr. Edwards; Soldiers’ Civil Re-establishment, Mr. Manion; Customs Excise, Mr. Baxter; President of the Privy Council, Mr. Normand; no portfolio, Messrs. Wilson and Bristol.
