Received Sept. 21, 0.10 p.m. Washington, Sept. 21. .President Harding will proclaim Armistice Day a national holiday, when the body of an unknown American soldier will be buried. The delegates to the Armament Conference will assemble, but no business will be transacted, the delegates attending the ceremonies nt. the Arlington national cemetery. All the churches will hold a simultaneous half-hour service in honor of the soldier, with prayers for the success of the conference—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
