CONSTANTINOPLE PLOTS.
THE POSITION IMPROVED. By Telegraph.—Pres* Assn—Copyright. Constantinople, Sept: 18. The general commanding the troops of occupation has issued a proclamation declaring that the Turkish authorities co-operated loyally during the past week in carrying out the orders promulgated on account of the plot, consequently the time limit had been cancelled on condition that the Turks continued their efforts to hand over the accused and that oo similar organisation is permitted to threaten the tranquility of the capital.
