Present Indications are for westerly winds veering to norther lies; strong to gale northward of New Plymouth and Napier; southeasterlies, backing to northerlies, increasing elsewhere. Dull and misty weather Is probable, with further heavy rain generally, and snow in the higher levels in the south. Expect a low barometer to continue everywhere.
