The Daily Express states that a trade revival in Britain haa commenced and the trickle of orders is becoming a steady flow. Tin plate works are reopening and the iron and steel trade is promising, while Welhh. exports of coal are steadily expanding. Many cotton mills} have orders which will last for two years.
