Received Sept. 14, 5.5 p.m. l London, Sept. 13. At the wool sale merinos, mostly West Australian, suitable for home trade, met with fairly good competition at an unchanged price. There was a good selection of crease breds, both greasy and scoured, with strong competition at full prices, last week's firmness having fully recovered. New Zealand “Walhopal" 23d to 21d.
